A lot higher , remember the big $$ is in average $6-$7 , we know they are firm and holding (Institutions,Mutual Funds,Direct Holders), they should wise up real fast as they see they will miss this opportunity to average down .
They can make NVCN really rocket right back to their levels fast too with just a fraction of the $$ they already have invested during the past few years( at least 100mil already they have invested at $6 and $7 from the filings in 2014 and 2015 which is posted in the intro box above) not even counting before that , few hundred million $$ at least
