The % of shares owned by Busshaus, Smith, and Polinsky in that doc appears to be off by two decimal places. So, maybe the whole thing is a mess.

Yep. That felt strange to me as well.

So based on those percentages, the 28.8M figure displayed on the OTC website can't be correct.

Page 33 prospectus

Zhang Hongcheng 2,332,200 11.2%
Christopher Spencer 234,392 1.1%

suggests it should be 20.8M. Not 28.8M.

So if someone made a typo there, I would like to know who it was.

Guys, the numbers mentioned on the OTCMarkets website can't be correct IMO.

One, the O/S of 28,804,460
Is not in line with the prospectus, and could be a typo.
You can't even issue 8M shares IMO.

Two, the float, 20,506,857 can't be right either
The prospectus says 18,136,503 shares are freely transferable

And number 3... some percentages mentioned in the OTC/QB cert document are off by 2 decimal places.

I suggest you have a real good look at those numbers.
