Another logical explanation might be that they haven't taken any steps toward the name change, symbol change, or exchange change.
The transfer agent is responsible for the symbol change and new CUSIP number....can always check with him to see if that is in the works.
As far as going to the London AIM exchange, the very first step must be the selection of a 'NOMAD'....short for a nominating advisor. All they would have to do is name him, and then all would know that the process has begun. I have read the criteria for joining the AIM and do not believe they would qualify....but that is only my opinion.
