I know I for one forget to add it in when considering value, but I should.
Also, as far as when I post about $PPHM I usually just point out that with 60 mil cash plus Avid that alone should bring the PPS up to at least a $1. I usually stop there just pointing out that there is no way we should be at $0.35/share.

Many others like your self continue on to try and estimate full valuation and I agree that large of a tax write off deserves to be part of the equation. I'm sure any BP considering partnering or potentially scooping up a chunk or even all of PPHM also has made note of that potential value.

Also, imho, what we are currently seeing is not "The Market's" idea of PPHM's current value translated into PPS, but a manipulated PPS that mirrors past "Accumulation Patterns" that other companies have experienced before an outside company announced they had acquired xx million shares of a companies stock as seen in the following article regarding stock accumulation patterns:
