There is NOTHING the U.S. can do to take ERHE's rights away, NOTHING.

Why can't you get that through your head? An international treaty between Nigeria and Sao Tome granted those rights to ERHE. The U.S. can do NOTHING to affect those rights.

Stop with your boogieman basher tactics and accept that FACT.
