Pounds of BS (LBBS) straight out the gate, Dam! Spencer and Cronies have got some balls!

As of Aug 2, CFO certifies; 'The OTCQB site has the outstanding correct'; http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=LBBS&id=158145

which says: Outstanding Shares 28,804,860 a/o Aug 02, 2016




Yet just days prior, July 28, 2016, they cite; 20,805,860

In just days it grew another 8.3 million which is another 1/3 slice into the pie. [grin]

Yet just last month they added millions in outstanding they'd been hiding.


At least they've been giving fair warning with merger and spin-off symbols. From (FU; Fab Universal) Which they did, and wizzards spin off; FU Twice Under (FUTU) yet it's down for 3 now, to F & abused-U! (FABU) and this months special 'Pounds of BS' (LBBS}. the disclaimer to end all disclaimers. They all say; no bother to read filings, the symbol tells all. {Grin) 'fair warning'
