Wouldn't be surprised to see the markets milked with a slight decay but sideways for the next few weeks until the end of the month. Then from there who knows, but new highs wouldn't surprise me. The fed can and does move this wherever their big monied buds are pre-positioned to profit. It's that corrupt.
