Beer...excellent post. They are indeed two separate companies...

iTALK - Parent Company and 100% owner of UMS Corp.
UMS Corp - the holding company 100% owner of UMS LLC
UMS LLC - the 100% owned sub of UMS Corp making it the indirect sub of TALK.

United Mobile Soulutions was formerly known as UMS,LLC. UMS,LLC was never a sub of UMS Corp. UMS,LLC simply changed their name from UMS/LLC to UMS one week before the merger news last September. Here are the names of the subs of UMS.
