Outstanding was down to 17 million shares in June... probably still less than 40 million shares, as these financings have been done with PREFERRED shares that haven't converted and are NOT in the Outstanding Share total.
So there is no chance of any reverse split for the rest of this year...
But there is a chance the stock is going to run higher... much higher...
