Who wants to pay for the status/filing reports for this company from New Jersey? I already paid to find out that MNII has been making recent filings with NY Sos. Someone here should pay to verify that FRAZ if filing with New Jersey Sos. Looks like you can do this one all online. For MNII I had to mail them a letter to request the filing info.
