Nothing to be worried about imo. Cash is still there, and the issued and outstanding # of shares didn't change. I know there has been big volume lately but I'm guessing that someone is scooping up the shares or the older SHs (other than Frost) getting out. This is a very good, perfectly clean shell with $14M in cash. Perfect for a biotech acquisition.
