Yes, that part I get......the accounts were made under the old name. What I am having a hard time grasping is the fact that exactly 1 week after they changed their name from UMS,LLC to simply UMS, we get word of TALK wanting to buy/merge with UMS. Doesn't that strike you as a bit of a coincidence the timing of the merger announcement? I suspect Levy and Lee had this BK filing planned all along. I suspect the BK courts might have something to say about it, too. What's to stop any public company from doing the same thing?
