Not sure that this news goes against that. If they signed the DGM deal after discussions w/Dre and the Dre discussions took place while Lamar was w/SLS.

Tell you the truth, I don't think this suit is any big deal....This stuff happens ALL the time......

This is the kind of stuff lawyers live for, lots of documents and discussions, lots of billing hours....Those "Industry" guys have more money than sense....When they're not shooting each other, they're sueing everybody in sight......


Same thing with Tech....Somebody is always in court over "Patent Infringement"...Kind of goes with the territory.......

The main thing is: Is DGM for real, did SLS get the $300K, and are the headphones going to debut late '06 in time for the Christmas rush?
