Love this, never gets old...considering just about everyone bought in on the promise of these "free shares" -- didn't seem to be any problems when they were "selling" this idea to the public over a year ago, did it?

"Company is in the initial stages of the preparation of the S1..."

"Company is in the later stages of the preparation of the S1 to be filed..."

"...in the process of clearing the S1 for filing with SEC"

In response to when the dividend shares will be freed up for shareholders of FUTL from the spin off of FWDG I have responded to one such holder in the note below. It was suggested that I re-post the response so that those who still have questions, may find out where the company stands on the matter currently:
You mean of your stock, your stock of FUTL that you own as a result of the spin off of FWDG? Correct? Because buying from the open market is not restricted at all. Craig, I feel like you know what I have said on this topic. I even think you have a general understanding of how that will be freed up. I know I have spoken of timelines to the best of my ability up til now as there are many variables, some of which, are outside of our control. The future of your dividend shares will be either get it freed up so that it is not restricted via rule 144, or eventually we will do it, but as I have stated many times; First comes the S1 for raising capital, (that doesn't happen over night), then comes an S1 to register shares for the shareholders. All the while, we are trying to build the company so that the value goes up and not down. But you may argue that the value thus far has only gone down...and we are actively trying to reverse that I'm happy to say. If it had been going up, however, the argument would be the reverse, the value is going up and we want to sell before it goes down. Neither situation changes that the stock is restricted at the moment and what it is going to take to unrestrict it. You still have the two options. Wait or do it yourself. The facts remain, we have a plan and a time table we are working off of, if you want to facilitate something faster for yourself you know what to do. If not you may have to hold on to it for a time otherwise. I'm sorry if this time horizon does not suit you, but that is the trajectory we are on. I hope I'm not coming off as unsympathetic, that isn't my intention. We are simply beating a dead horse here and I don't know how else to convey that. Thanks.

Oopsies......Now they can't do that 3 for one forward split without getting kicked from the OTCQB! Darn!

So another Cox explanation stating they decided to not go through with this promise either????

....for the shareholders best interests of course.

What a lying sack of dung.
