That means nothing in the Pinksheets! there are enough suckers to go around!
That's why there are millions of Pinksheet stocks throughout the stock market that have all but became anything worth their own existence!
millions of them either delisted, sitting at 0000/.0001 and so on!
Neither were created to actually DO business, but to instead DO what they've already Done!
Rip-off suckers, pocket the investments and disappear!
With many returning under a new name to do the same!
Hell, scammers makes a career out of it and have succeeded!
But all was made possible on the backs of Suckers!
I might even give it a try!
Just create a bogus company, create false hopes and use the language of the Safe Harbor Act as my legal scapegoat.
The SEC wont agree, but like the millions of scams that already gotten by them, they'll be nothing to worry about!
And then I would run a Press Release and here comes the Suckers to by my company shares! LOL!!!!
I'd dump on it and pocket everything!
Then after getting my fill, I'll use the Safe Harbor Act to create an excuse that can technically (under the Safe Harbor Act) be accurate enough to argue in court and win!
Shareholders would then bash my company, but who cares!
I have their money now and so, they can just piss off for all I care!
I'd do a R/S on them, to squeeze water from all their Bags of Rocks at the bottom and when that runs dry, Then I'd abandon the company and repeat under a different name!

under a new name I'd work on a milking plan for a whole new set of suckers!
