I believe it's for real. I didn't like the share count increase or the debt shown in the recent 10K, as was mentioned earlier by someone, but when a company has no money and is trying to develop something this big, I can understand why it happens. You know the gold is there, so you do what u have to to stay alive, and keep working toward your goal, because To do nothing usually means losing the property to another company, who will develop it. From what I can gather, the CEO has been working tirelessly to bring this property into production, and losing our last JV Partner(Argo) did not deter him in the least. He chose MarMar from a list of suitors, and it looks to me like he made a helluva choice. They have the equipment and expertise necessary to do the job, and best of all, are covering the up front costs to get this into production. They must have seen something they like. The timing is right. Gold prices are up. I like my chances here.

One more thing. Mexus may have this mine up and running shortly, with a potential 20 year Life Span. And that may not be the only mine. There could be 1 or 2 more properties up and running in the next few years. It's worth looking at the other properties listed on the Mexus company website.
