Wow, so finally here are some answers to the questions many of us have had for years. It looks like thanks to Gayla's lawsuit, the curtain has finally been pulled back on Mr Danny Oz himself. The one thing that really jumped off the screen is that according to the lawsuit, Danny was attempting to funnel a good percentage of SIOR's assets to Cactus, to which he was the sole owner. Of course, many of us were seeing indications of this as we reviewed various O&G public records but it was too foggy to make heads or tails of it. There is even allegations outlining how the Gusher group got screwed. Further, the allegation states that the reason he never put forth the financials which would have got SIOR resisted is because it would have shown his wrongdoing with regards to Cactus. Dan's Cactus was allegedly receiving payment from SIOR for management services as well. Anyway, take a look for yourself. There's quite a bit to see.
Wow, perhaps there is still hope for shareholders to recover some of the monies. I doubt there is much hope for the Gushers investors but I believe that would be a different law suit.
