"D" & "G" are sueing "SLS" because "DGM" is manufacturing headphones instead of "SLS"...does not make "SENSE" ??
...breech of "oral" contract ??
...sounds like crybaby consolation payoff...but non the less unwelcomed publicity & delays for headphones and "SLS" ?...is "SLS"/"DGM"/__M missing the Christmas shoppers launch ? ...maybe that's what the management meetings were all about this week??...would have been better to get the drift from "SLS" instead of outside source ??...no wonder Cub kept waiting "official" confirmation from SLS on the whole "DGM" thing.
