I ( unfortunately ) have a long position also .
As I remember they had about $100m cash on hand at the last CC and were only losing about $10m a Qt . If they were confident in P 3 results due 4th qt 2016 , you would think they would wait until P3 before an offering.

Devon Park and RHO capital has ( had ) large positions.

Whats your view on the Co now . Other informed opinions are also welcome

8.02 conversion price. Pretty bad IMO, I didn't calculate it but looks like the 30 day average price.
