I think Boom has already come and gone. Stock is down over 80%, authorized shares increased from 1 billion to 4 billion, company appears broke - probably reason they increased the share count - so they can dilute and use proceeds to get financing - this appears to be a bone company - they plan to hire an executive team, they stated they want to sponsor artists etc etc etc. Even if they do develop a winning strategy for a go forward business, which personally I am skeptical, they will need financing to do so and it would appear plausible that the funds would come from stock - ie dilution potentially up to 4 billion shares. Should this happen I would be concerned of a reverse split.
As for the bids being stacked, this game has been going on from .0027 all the way down to current levels - don't let the large quantity on the bid fool you.
But who knows, maybe this can be flipped for a tic here and a tic there - my opinions as always.
