the reason ARTH is dropping is they had the warning of "Going Concern" in their 10q like a zillion times. Many sold when they read that. I know that's somewhat standard lingo for small OTC bios, but usually its in there once. Seems like ARTH had it every other paragraph. I like the potential here and hold shares, but ARTH's 10q made them sound like they are about to close the doors, otherwise the pps would be climbing right now IMO. all IMHO, do your own DD
