#9504 RE: Julius Erving #9503

First it was you can't lose with erhe because Offor owned so much, then it was a can't lose because CEPSA gave up another block for this one, then it was the stock can't go down because PN and SO bought it, followed by can't be a dry hole because they haven't announced it yet, now they must have found oil because of the size of the exploratory well they drilled. All taking grasping at straws to a whole new level while ERHC sinks to a lower and lower level.

Unfortunately for ERHC stuckholders, reality trumps the fantasy of dilution insurance.

Dr. J, Mr. Canada is entitled to his opinion and I am sure he is right, However the 20" pipe was Important to Cespa in creating a successful well design and that is all that matters in the end of the day for those involved designing and paying for this well.

Does it speak volumes about what one could reasonably conclude about the outcome of this well, "NO".

As for Me, I am just a "Lowly Cook"

Have a Great day!
