But what does that say, if anything at all, is what I mean?
So they were confident dat they drilled a wider hole? When is that normally (exclusively?) done, drilling a wider hole?
Did they have to drill a bigger hole, because of the surface characteristics, maybe?

What can we deduct from that, and with what certainty?
