fundamentally IF PI and China cant come to an agreement the PI could lift moratorium and PXP FECOF could send in some test wells..........that might be fun
this is more nearer the truth, of course a lot of sabra rattling , but the reality is a lot different ........China need resources both soft and hard and my info is alot of discussions have taken place already, basically as the article indicates alot of the issues revolves around face saving ...anyway follow the link.
