Many moderates and most libertarians have abhorred the fact that the least potent drug around (MJ) is a Fed offence with jail time.

Noone can deny the social injustice imposed upon those who didn't have money or clout to keep them out of jail....! All the while Hollywood and parties of the rich that have included cocaine and other harder drugs are never raided!!!
