I want to apologize to the readers on this board for suffering through two idiots.. One of us is talking about a lottery-play penny stock with an influx from Union Cap that has invested a small amount, hoping to parlay it much bigger, much bigger than 100% and the other guy in this board is comparing that to his friend’s ponzi scheme where he guarantees a 12% return and keeps half (18% on real estate) … That being said, this conversation is over because neither of us is even talking the same language, I’m happy to be in a lottery play compared to some guy who is advertising 18 points on Arizona real estate.
