BOD doesn't care about legacy. But I agree, where is the moral compass? With no accountability to fiduciary responsibility, there can be a lack of moral compass.

These guys don't care what we think of their legacy. I'm sure they live in large houses, drive expensive cars, and go on lavish vacations. In their inner circle of friends they are surely considered successful. What we feel is their legacy is irrelevant.

There is a part of me that feels these guys stumbled onto Bavi on their way to another penny scam. Bavi has allowed them some legitimacy and extended the lifeline of Pphm and thus prolonging their high salaries. It has cost them nothing. Bavi trials and avid expansion were paid for by us, the shareholders. Yet we have nothing to show for it in the sp.

There will be a RS. They will dilute at the higher share price. The hamster wheel will still keep spinning.
