Your kinda right, so take the same example for alcohol, i can go buy a fifth of PATRON TEQUILA for 30$ a bottle, go home and have fun, but home can be boring to some, so a bar club atmosphere is more fun, so you pay for that atmosphere, so now im at the club and im ordering shots of Patron and they are 10$ a shot, now i know there is more than shot in a fifth, maybe 20-30 shots per bottle, not sure cause i dont drink devils blood, but u get the picture, that 30$ bottle just turned into a 300$ at a bar, and thats to pay for all the entertainment going on around you at that club, so im just saying it will work with weed as well, just need the right entertainment to go along with it

Wrong they do it for alcohol everywhere in the good old USA and internationally for that matter.
