On every stock traded on this planet someone buys at the top. Its all about timing. Its also about risk and how much an individual is willing to take and knowing what the consequences can be good or bad. When people buy early thats high risk because the stock may never do anything. Its also a risk to buy a stock that runs up 1,000%. Either scenario one can win or lose depending how the story unfolds. Its up to the trader that hits the buy button to be responsible for the risk they are willing to take.

Same thing applies to the people who bought Apple at the top or who bought Groupon at $14 or any other stock who is not trading for a new all time high. Thats a horrible example because it applies to every single stock on the planet.
