Jim Fancher is no longer with the company, he resigned due to our inability to currently meet his compensation requirements. Jim's accomplishments at MyECheck were landing Avidia Bank, and the introduction to Seergate that resulting in the Africa and the eMobile platform, so I thank Jim for what he has done for the company. We are separating on good terms, and he is available to assist us if needed.
