I agree with you. I have never seen a company who received a CRL "divulge" any other information than what Elite has in reference to it. Standard reply to CRL. Only necessary information given in a generalized format. Then company only states when the application is resubmitted or if a study is needed maybe a PR stating start of study.
People thinking that ELTP has a duty to give all this info is silly. The company knows what it needs to do and everyone else not on payroll needs to just sit back and allow the company to operate.
