Re. CYBL. Theoretically yes....I was looking at that one too..But you need to look at the chart....Notice how it popped on the 26th or so....they COULD have all been gone THEN.....This whole thing is a pretty inexact thing, so you have to check the charts to see.......z

But yes, I'd say they were all gone...as far as if it's going to go up..that's another story...lol....z
