It should be noted here that ADMD already has a robust patent portfolio, with several exclusive patent rights, for medical isotope manufacturing, processing and applications.

I believe that Battelle actually owns the right to these patents, and simply sublicenses them to ADMD with contingent requirements. ADMD owns nothing (except their broken equipment).
