We can imagine Adrian is hiding most anything if we like. No dude it is obvious if you have the right connections that the float on this is most definitely substantially lower than 7 billion. How you came up with that figure is anyone's guess.
I have a pretty good ballpark figure on what the float is and I can tell you that you are not even close.
Yes Adrian could perhaps as you say put it to rest so you can sleep better. I am content with the knowledge that my DD on this is better than no DD.
