From the most recent 10Q for period ending 3/31/2016:

"Weighted average number of shares outstanding during the period ended Diluted - 4,678,206,145"

With a current A/S of 2,000,000,000 I don't see how they can avoid raising the A/S to at least 5 billion. Do they even have a choice in this matter?

Read the 10Q, it's all there in black and white. I'm not sure what magic wand people think they are going to wave to make that go away.
