All the other former "divisions" of NTEK are in default and have been for some time, so your point is well taken. Nanotech Entertainment is the only one standing. According to the Nevada SOS, any entity engaged in for profit activity must have a valid business license. Fines for conducting unlicensed business can be $10,000 per violation.

So yes, as of Sunday, anyone can file a complaint with the Nevada SOS and I'd expect NTEK would be fined. Actually, as Jeffey implied that business is being conducted on the NTGL side in the last shareholder letter, one could actually file a complaint regarding NTGL right now, as that entity hasn't had a valid business license since last April.

I've already filled out a complaint against NTGL, and I'll file another against NTEK at close of business PST.
