I personally think it wasn't a very good report. And here why? Their profits are being aided by a huge drop in the reserves in fact their was a 25 million drop this quarter. Earning would have been .52 without that. Furthermore with higher reinsurance costs, I expect q3 to be and even lower then adjusted .52. Now I guess they coutinue to play the game they have played for years, but it is down to 60 million is was like close to 200 million a couple of years back, can't keep aiding profits like that forever in my opinion. I have no position for disclousure purposes, but a headline number can sound great, but alot of times the quality of earnings could be suspect as it is in this case in my opinion, because of the lack of sustainability going foward. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
