the answer is if there is any cost advantage to growing hemp in this country verses importing hemp from Canada or Asia, and NOBODY SEEMS TO REALLY KNOW THE ANSWER.I've asked this question several times without any reply. common sense would tell you that there is a huge cost advantage to making CBD OIL,and HEMP DERIVATIVE PRODUCTS here verses imported,but nobody wants to confirm this.(if there's not a cost advantage,then we're just screwed)
