I'd be curious as to how the Big 10 accounting firms are completing audits of the brokerage firms without discovering these failures and reporting them. Their liability for not doing so must be enormous. Go RENS!!!

RENS - Correct! If there was reason for traders and investors to buy Ito the ask, we would see the brokers quickly mobilize to try to deflate their ballooning risk.

I have my shares for sale at a reasonable price for them to close out their derivative position.

Sevens , I can buy through Scottrade the same way. They are putting markers in our account instead of real shares. The regulators are still as inept as ever. But that will be changing shortly.
