Alan, The only reason why the straight-up common should trade different from the units is if the share prices have the warrant in the money already. The warrants don't come with a free share of SGLB. You have to actually pay for the share at a premium from issue price. So the common won't be discounted, but the units may have a premium. They will definitely have different tickers.
