where is the pps going to be for the shares at the point in time when the warrants can be exercised versus today? Yes, warrants for shares discounted to that price would be nice to have, but would it be best to delay a purchase of shares at today's prices to have that $ available after the uplisting for the shares plus warrants? Would shares bought today have more profit built in than shares plus warrants? On the other hand, if the big run up does not occur until after the shares plus warrants are sold, then the leverage of the warrant may make it better to wait. I do not know. It is a timing issue about the maximum value in terms of shares for the same $. I certainly claim no expertise in that fine art and have very little faith in those who claim to have the ability.
For me, it is the best course of action to buy some now and to buy more later when the shares plus warrants are available rather than put too much energy into trying to figure out exactly when to buy.
