Ha. Who knows what the delay is really but if it has to do with pot estate along with some of the other companies that I found linked to pot estate I'm willing to bet it's due to the regulation A+ funding the crowdfunding and the ipotogo funding in order to pull a certain amount funds together before a reverse triangular merger takes place involving Shom as the SPAC. What I'm trying to understand if these guys are funding multiple companies, you can only find up to a certain amount using the regulation a funding. Can you pool all of the companies together taking advantage of the funding limits and creating a much larger market cap. And if so how will the shares of Shom be included in the merger? So many questions with so much silence. If not for anything else it has been fun playing detective trying to find out what these guys are up to!??
