Even your CEO admits those properties exist and are titled to Greenpay. He just states they haven't been transferred. But legally, whoever is named on those deeds owns those properties. That's irrefutable. It's FACT.

Still don't see where the auditors or judge said the RE does not exist.

The case was thrown out because the judge said Ken could not bring a private action agains them regardless if fraud took place.
