MJNA had sales of $9.2M in 2015, which was down 37% from 2014, and as of the end of 1Q/16, had nearly 2.9B outstanding shares.

You seriously think that a company with those financials should have a market cap of $2.9B?

MJNA is already overpriced at $0.04.

They are not worth even 1/100th of that.
