Since then I have been educated on the ability of Congress to write into laws judicial stripping

Sounds seriously goofy but it is reality

All laws can be challenged on a constitutional basis. No such challenge has ever been mounted against HERA, a fact that has baffled me (and others) for many, many years. Why? This whole thing could have been over 5 years ago.

That is untrue. Congress can limit judicial review under the Constitution.
