It's just the people selling down low that cant wait. I buy more when i can and i was able to buy some today on the ask.

I think some has to do with this scam artist

twitter.com/bigmoneymike6 this pump n dump scam artist had one of his front loading pumps with NEIK. I think he brought many here and many got in at .05 or so and then just got tired of waiting..Only a matter of time before the dude gets locked up, in my honest opinion. Also, I believe many sold after holding the bag and losing patience on waiting for such a deal to be announced after they were coaxed in on one of his classic pump n dumps. I think that is another reason you see these drops of 20, 30 or 40% with the sales of shares..

This is a solid stock with no dilution, but its a matter of extreme patience and many will not have that type of patience in the OTC. I will hold for Aug and Sept, but if no deal is announced I will sell all. They have definitely lived up to their word thus far, although its taken some solid time..Its not that easy to get caught up to date and current with financials with the OTC, so they came through on their word there and on the uplist..Just awaiting monster deal now

Short term, I see .05 for a 3rd time this year

I see .10 by end of the year if they announce this agreement..If you have the patience to wait out the rest of 2016 I would see everyone gaining profits. Most got in at either .02 early in year or .05 after the massive pump n dump. However, this is a rare gem in the OTC, in all honesty. I have faith in Dr. Russell and Richard Keiser with the future of this company. However, I need funds for other family obligations, so 60 more days for me in this puppy. Hopefully, a deal and P.R. is announced by end of Sept, otherwise its bon voyage with my shares!
