I love your optimism and I wish I could share your sentiments. The reality is that history is against us. This management group has a track record of broken predictions and non achievement. They have proven to be blatantly self serving and cynical in the way they have rewarded themselves over the years. Ed Marshall is delusional and manipulative according to first hand accounts I have had from people who have met him over the years.

The Asepticsure technology is good though - that is the only reason to still be here. The only way to avoid history repeating itself is to get alternative Directors onto the BOD at this shareholders meeting. Guzman has a vested interest and is an obvious choice. Anyone reading this board should be racking their brains to see if they can come up with credible candidates to challenge this fait accompli these slippery and incompetent bastards are trying to inflict on shareholders.
