What this board is intended to do is to discuss the DD that is presented to us and help others understand it , like the disclosure statements , those are the backbone that make up the inner workings of $KALY as far as who has what and how many , like for instance

Common shares outstanding - 60,250,621 this is how many that have been issued , but only 1.4 million are tradeable as of march 31 2016, the others have to be filed with the SEC in order to enter into the market.
