$ONCS ~ Chart set up looking great here. Oscillators setting up similar to end of February. Eventually ran from current levels to around $3.20 before consolidating and running further to $3.40. Could see a double here within a month with continued buying pressure. Aroon up currently at 100. Need to keep it there and run it parallel for a few weeks.
