NEWLF ~ I've been doing dome DD over the last few days. It is safe to say this company is no scam, it's just a company in trouble. Perhaps they can turn it around if they play their cards right. They used to trade on the NASDAQ and they obviously had to be very transparent, you can't trade on the NASDAQ and not be transparent. If they were a scam it would have been discovered by now. They are just a company in trouble and on the brink. However, I won't buy a single share until the company quits giving shares away at an alarming rate for next to nothing. The Authorized Outstanding is also completely ridiculous.
